A: This unit is a lithium polymer battery, with an operating temperature range of -20°C~60°C / -4°F~140°F. If the ambient temperature exceeds 60°C/140°F, the internal structure of the battery cells may be damaged, leading to swelling and safety risks. Do not store the device in a vehicle parked in hot weather for long periods of time.

Q: How to start a vehicle with this unit?
A: Please refer to the instructions about “How to Start a 12V Vehicle”. Ensure the battery power is >20% first; do not press the BOOST button before connecting the vehicle battery correctly. After connecting the battery clamps, wait for “READY (Solid)” to appear on the screen, then start the vehicle engine.

Q: How to know if this unit is connected to the vehicle correctly?
A: When the battery clamps are connected to the vehicle battery, if “READY (Solid)” appears on the screen, it means the clamps are connected correctly; if the reverse polarity icon (marked as “X” on the screen) appears, it means the connection is reversed.
