Works well, and the Boost function allowed me to get a Prius working with a completely dead battery (and lock all the doors electronically after I removed the old battery for charging). The only drawback is the alligator clips plug into the unit with a custom plug you can't buy anywhere, so if you want a custom adapter (e.g. to plug into an Anderson connector) you're out of luck. Even Gooloo support are unable to supply the connector or replacement alligator clips (so don't lose or break them or you'll have to buy a whole new unit).

Fast delivery, great item……tested on my JetSki that the battery wouldn’t turn it over. Jump pack hooked up and bingo fired straight up with only a 2% drop in charge….so plenty more jumps available before recharge is required. Plus having a torch coupled with leads to charge devices and the ability to recharge from the cars 12volt. What more can you ask for…….
Only con I can think of is the the actual jump leads could do with being a bit longer….

I had been researching jump starters for a while. This item, GOOLOO GT4000S Jump Starter 4000Amp 100W, ticked all the boxes at a great price. Combined with very fast postage, I am completely satisfied. I have used the item a number of times on both low charge level and dead batteries and it has not disappointed. I have an old GQ Patrol, in which I have had some battery issues and this item has successfully jump started the old girl numerous times, with enough charge within the unit to be able to do this an estimated ten times before having to recharge.

I have always been sceptical about these type of jump starters. So I convinced my father In law to get one as he was going around Australia and I thought it would be a good thing to have. When he came back he didn't need it for himself though he had several stories about how he used it for other motorists in his travels in need of a jump start. And I sure you have had a lot of sales from this. So I went out and purchased one for myself. Beleave it or not because I can't believe it. I needed to use it on my old holden the second day after charging it. And it performed better than I expected I couldn't believe it dead flat battery in cold conditions and an old 6cyl motor that hadn't started for a while. What a machine.
Only negative i have is the case needs to included or a little cheaper.

I have used it four times now on my flat tractor battery. What makes it so good is that it has a glow plug that needs to heat up before starting the tractor.
The jump starter worked perfectly and only dropped the charge 2-3 % .

The GOOLOO GT4000S Jump Starter arrived promptly and I had cause to use it to start my 3.0L Ford Ranger which had the battery run flat when a door was left ajar and the interior light operating. I have not had a chance to use it to start a vehicle but have used the torch and the USB port to charge my phone, both work well.
I was a little confused with the advertising as to which jump starter would be the best for me. I was surprised the the jump starter did not come with a hard carry case to protect it from damage in the back of my vehicle.

My son run's an automotive service part-time. He regularly is contacted by someone with a car or truck that won't start. After buying several Jump Starters a few years ago, he gave up on them because they either didn't work or didn't hold up under use. I ordered the Gooloo for him as a Birthday gift hoping this would be much improved over the previous models.After opening the box and picking up the jump starter, I could immediately see and feel the difference from models my son and I owned in the past. This unit is hefty, has stout well made case and a large easy to read display. The accessory kit has every cable you could need; Heavy Duty Jumper Cables, SC 100W Car Charger, USB to Type-C , Type-C to Type-C Cable, Cigarette Lighter Adapter and Storage Bag.With only 2 buttons to control the unit, it's easy to operate. Simply press the Power Button to turn it on. If your going to jump a vehicle with a completely dead battery, you need to press the Boost Button. A long press of the Power Button turns on the very bright Flash Light on the end. Pressing the power button 2 more times cycles the flash light through Strobe modes. This is handy if you have problems after dark and need light to connect the jumper.I wanted to test the unit but none of my vehicles had dead or low battery so I disconnect the battery on my diesel powered tractor. I had used the tractor earlier in the morning to push snow and left it outside in 20 degree temp for 10 hours. Since disconnecting the cables from the battery mimics having a dead battery, I had to push the Boost Button to get power. My tractor started immediately! As you can see at the end of the video, the tractor start only dropped the battery capacity from 98% to 95%.The Gooloo could also be used as a Power Bank for operating and charging other devices.At this time I'm giving it 5 Stars and will update the review after some use by my son.
