My battery started dying just as I received this - I used it three times in one day!

This little unit is a life-saver! it's smaller than a set of jumper cables, and easily hides under the back seat of my truck in the little cubby under the seat! I charged it up per the instructions when I received it, and then it sat in my truck for 6 months before I had to use it. Low and behold, it worked PERFECTLY even after sitting that long, I had a coworker struggling with dead Jeep after work. I whipped this puppy out and hooked it up to her battery, within seconds the light on the unit turned green and the Jeep fired right up! I have used it to jump a 6 cylinder Jeep and a V8 F150 so far and I have no doubts it will be able to handle whatever I throw at it

Bought this for my wife to have in her car (I already had one). These are great, much better than cables as you can jump yourself or jump a vehicle where getting to the battery with cables in not possible. Way better than waiting for roadside assistance. These make great gifts for the people you care about. I don't know it it's necessary but every so often 4-6 months take it out and charge my phone and tablet or anything else I can find to drain the battery a bit before recharging. Not sure if it helps longevity cycling it but at least you know it's still working.

Excellent cost-effective product. Always with me and fully charged to ensure tractors and trucks on the farm will start easily. I have two of the same model, purchased several years apart. Interestingly, the newest one - unlike the earlier one - included only a USB charger lead while the earlier model included a very convenient (for me) 240 volt charger as well as the USB lead. Great product fast postage I love it.

Absolutely love this. Works everytime. Even have older V8 truck, wasn't sure it would start it, but it did in sub zero weather. My friends all want one. Long battery life, get several jumps from it, even use it to start my mower in the summer, it needs new battery. Very pleased

I actually bought 2 more but the next version up to keep in our cars. I use this one to jump our four wheeler or lawn mowers around the house. Works everytime and easy to charge. I like the boost mode and the ease of use. Just plug and go.

The battery charger worked fantastically. I am so happy with it. I will charge it at night and carry it with me during the day. I never know where I will be or how far away from services.

The jump starter packed arrived as ordered. Haven’t tried it yet( and hopefully won’t have to) but it fits easily under my car seat for whenever it is needed.

Initially had an issue with tracking but people at Gooloo were very helpfull. Jump starter was as advertised. It was given as a gift to our grandson and he was very happy to receive it. Haven't had to use it yet but will update review down the track.

My first impression was that this charger is incredibly small compared to other jump starters I've seen. It comes nicely packaged in a secure carrying case which contains the jumper cable plug-in, a USB charging cable, and the charger itself. Unlike huge jump starters, this unit will stow easily out of the way in the spare tire compartment or a cubby in the trunk or rear of your SUV. I have a new battery in my car, so to test this unit I disconnected the battery cables and attached the charger's jumper cables to the disconnected battery terminals. Even with no battery current, my car started on the first try. Impressive! Most batteries will have some residual charge left, even if they don't have sufficient power to turn over the engine. After hooking up this unit to the battery, a green LED indicates that you're ready to start the car. In the case of a stone-cold dead battery (or a disconnected one in my case,) there's a "Boost" button you press to tap into reserve power. The green LED comes on immediately after you press the Boost button. As proven by my test (which I repeated twice), the charger has enough juice to start the car on its own. It's such a relief knowing I won't have to worry about a dead-battery situation when my loved ones are driving in remote areas or bad weather conditions. It's also nice to be able to help out stranded motorists who don't have a charger or jumper cables with them. There's currently a $10 off coupon, which makes this charger a screaming great deal. Even at full price it's well worth the money. I love this charger and recommend it highly.

I decided to get a more portable jump pack for my Dad for Christmas, seeing as we both have travel trailers, it could come in handy. I began looking and found a firefighter's review, saying these were amazing. Supposedly his department used these, beating high-dollar units that weren't doing the job. I took a shot and agree. My dad recently tried to start his Kubota tractor after storing it for the winter, finding a dead battery. First grabbing expensive "heavy-duty" jump box, the tractor wouldn't turn over. He remembered the Gooloo, not optimistic based on its size, believing his jump box would be superior. Fired right up first try! He was shocked! He told me the Gooloo still showed high charge after the jump, scratching his head on how the little unit could be so powerful. After his experience, I snagged another one to toss in the glovebox for road trips and camping. This thing is like magic.

I was amazed so see this product arrive as I had imagined it would have been much larger based on ones I've had in the past (10 or more years ago). It almost looked like a toy to me, so I had to immediately take another look at other reviews. I didn't find anything really negative, so I kept at it for this review. When I tested you can see from the photos that my car battery is in really strange place. Lincoln's 2014 MKZ hybrid has the battery in the trunk. That is why you'll see carpeting in the area where the battery is kept. It is really easy to access the battery from the trunk to jump start it. Just as easy is what I had to do with the Gooloo GP2000 Jump Starter to use it. First thing I had to do was to charge the jump starter's battery. I connected it to the white charging station shown in the video for a fast charge. You can see the screen on the charging station switching from 20 (for a table light) to 40 in fast charging the jump starter. We need all four blue lights to be solid before using this. The manual indicates it might not even work if it is at the 2 light or 50% level of charge. It didn't take long for all four lights to move from three to four solid blue steady glows. The jump charger will also let you change your phone and other devices with one of the two USB A ports. When the jumper finished charging, I then tested the flashlight. The flashlight works by long-pressing the on button for three seconds. Once on, it will toggle from on, to fast-flash, to slow-flash, and then off. One of the photos shows everything connected to the actual battery. Once you plug the cables into the charge block it turns red and goes blank to let you know nothing is checking out. Then you connect the red cable to the + positive pole and the black to the - negative and the light should turn green (see the photo) to tell you everything is OK and to fire up the car. It is that simple. If you don't get a green light, it is time to pull out the well documented and illustrated booklet to see what the non-solid green lights indicate and go from there. For me the light was immediately green, so the cables and unit were properly connected.

I was pleased with the quick delivery of the item but disappointed with the administration. I have t had an opportunity to put the unit to the test yet. Reasons 1. I was told I would receive a $15 discount being a new customer and this was seen in the invoice on line, however when the time came to pay the discount was removed. 2. When I checked my bank account I was charged an International transfer fee. I understood that I was dealing with an Australian company the documentation said it was an official Australian Site. 3. Added to my parcel was an additional item that I did not order and have no use for. Puzzled as to why it was included. I do not expect that I will deal with this company again.

I've always carry jumper cables in the trunk but since I live out in the sticks it's not that much help, this jumper came in real handy with no one around.

Great value. There are "better" units on the market. But, you'll pay 3-4 times as much $. This product is built well, and amazingly effective. I've used it about a dozen times with success and ease. It won't retain enough charge to use 20 times as advertised. You'll need to charge it after about 7-8 uses. But, that's plenty for me. Get one!

I just bought two of these because I am now a believer. I had the previous version for a while and fortunately never needed it until recently. So this review is really about the previous version, but it doesn't really make sense to leave a review on the old version that no one is going to buy and see this review. I'm sure the new version will perform just as good. I did not doubt that this would work for my smaller cars/motors, but had always wondered if it would actually start my Ram 1500 with a 5.7 Hemi. Well, I got to find out, and yes it did with no problem. I've been sure to keep it charged periodically. The truck battery was completely dead and not turning the motor over at all, and it fired right up with this. Then I needed to use it a few weeks later on my mom's Honda HRV, and again worked great. So I just bought two more of the new version. I have one in all of my vehicles now. I'm thankful for this great little device. I've also used it for keeping my phones charged for long tailgating days. Worked great for that too.

Easy to use & a great device to have, as you can also use it to charge small devices and cell phones. Holds charge a long time so frequent charging is not necessary.

I'm very pleased with the jump starter and it arrived very quickly. So easy to carry around too, light, compact and it has a very neat storage bag.

Talking about being self-sufficient, this does it for me when I am traveling. Great design, sturdy materials, easy to transport and fun to use for a not so fun problem. Love that it has additional USB charging ports as well and a case for all of it. Very efficient and easy to move from vehicle to vehicle and offers an additional peace of mind safety factor during storm season here in Florida. Really dependable and reliable product for a gal to have - for anyone to have. A great idea for a gift for those you love to keep them safe as well.

I bought these to replace an old "Rugged Geek" jump pack. This thing puts out about twice the current, according to my old "toaster" style battery load tester. I don't want to test a product like this in an actual crisis, so I unhooked the battery of my Hyundai Sonata 3.3L in my driveway and connected this to the battery cables. It turned and started the engine immediately, at the same RPM as the actual car battery. I'm impressed!

Whether you are getting this for yourself or for someone else, this is a must have in every car. Not only is this an emergency jump starter you can also charge your phone with it if you need to. There even is a flash light that you can use when you are stranded in the side of the road. The light can be solid, flash SOS. It does come with a nice little case and instructions, which I do recommend that you read so you know what you are doing. With that said this is super easy to use and there is no way that you can mess up your battery when using this. There is a fail switch in the charger that doesn't allow current to pass if this is put incorrectly in your car. In order to charge this you do have to use a USB-C which is provided.

Worked well. Started my son’s car that has a totally flat battery on first attempt. Where the car was it was in a tight space and the bonnet was facing the fence and we could not push the car as the space or driveway was restricted for the two cars. I could not jump start it using the conventional jump starter cable. I borrowed my wife’s portable jump starter- GP2000 which we bought 8 months ago. The unit’s battery indicator still showed fully charged and was ready to go. I followed the instructions and started the car- voila!!! First go!!! I totally recommend this jump starter. I have bought a second one to put in my car in case i need to help anyone in need.

I originally purchased this for an older Toyota that has some electrical issues and drains the battery often and without reason or warning. Next time the car wouldn't start, I used the GooLoo, hooked up clamps, checked the light, started right up. It's the easiest and quickest way I've ever had getting a dead battery jumped. No more waiting for roadside assistance, thank you very much. I've also used it to start a dead battery on my Roadtrek - a small RV made over on an extended Chevy Express van chassis. Much bigger battery. It started right up! I had to call AAA for it once and it took their mechanic's (well known name brand) pack charger 3 times and about 15 minutes! With the GooLoo, I just snapped the clamps on, turned the key and it started right up. I am very impressed and very pleased with this purchase. Worth every penny. I recommend it to anyone running around with an iffy battery or like my Toyota, drains the battery, or just for peace of mind. I've only had mine 3 months so I��ll edit if something happens. It comes in a nice zipper case to keep everything together so I don't lose anything, looks like it's made well and won��t fall apart anytime soon. There's even a flashlight on the side but other than check to see if it works, I haven��t used it. Overall, definitely 5 stars and would recommend to friends and family.

Just used this for the first time on a garden tractor. The thing sits between mowings & often the battery is completely dead. Attached this to the terminals & it started up immediately, even without using the "Boost" button. Very handy.

Knew my battery was a bit iffy (had already borrowed a trickle charger) so on the recommendation from a friend I purchased the GOOLOO GP2000 as they were running a great deal . Although it was almost fully charged out of the box, I went ahead and fully charged it. The next day, sure enough, dash lights flickering, bad battery. Briefly read the instructions, hooked it up to the battery and the car started right up. Beat using battery cables. Very pleased with my purchase. - I did buy a new battery, so not sure the next time I'll use it but will keep it in the car so I can help others it they get stuck.

I recently bought the GP 2000as I had a start fail at home. The starter has a solid construction and came with a hard case, I fully charged it then checked that the torch worked and then re charged my phone with it, mind you it depleted the charger by 50%. That didn't matter I just wanted an indication that it would probably work if I needed to start my car which may never happen. I had it sitting on the kitchen bench for a few days before I thought it best be in the car. Well the next day while out I did need to use it and had no problems starting the car on the first try, very happy. Now I have a new battery I probably won't need to use it for years but it is in the car if I need it.

Have used it on an SUV 4.0ltr petrol not my car but another that left lights on in a car park, the Gooloo Gp2000 started it without any problem and it's the only jump starter I have seen that can start a dead flat battery.
