A: This unit is a lithium polymer battery, with an operating temperature range of -20°C~60°C / -4°F~140°F. If the ambient temperature exceeds 60°C/140°F, the internal structure of the lithium-ion polymer cells may be damaged, leading to swelling and safety risks. Therefore, do not store the device in a vehicle parked in hot weather for long periods of time.
Q: How to start a vehicle with this unit?
A: Please refer to the instructions about "How to Use the Smart Jumper Cable" and "How to Start a 12V Vehicle". Ensure the unit is over 50% charged (battery indicator ≥2 bars), correctly connect the red clamp to the positive terminal (+) and black clamp to the negative terminal (-) of the vehicle battery, and operate according to the clamp indicator (solid green for direct start, solid red for reverse connection adjustment, flashing green/no light for pressing the BOOST button).
Q: How to know if this unit is connected to the vehicle correctly?
A: When the battery clamps are connected to the vehicle battery, if the indicator on the jumper cable shines a steady green light, it means the connection is correct; if the light is solid red, it indicates reverse connection.

I was quite impressed. I have twin 6.2 litre Ford Leehman diesel with turbo's to make sure them 6.5 's and I've searched high and low to find jump starters for under 250 so when I saw these I was more than impressed considering every other jump starter price stated at $230:00 and that is when they were on special. Anyway I'm hoping they will start the motor and or motor's wherever necessary!

I bought the GooLoo 4000 in early summer of 2023 and haven't really needed it as a jump pack until February 2024 to start my Ram 2500 V10 Magnum. The ignition switch is a bit worn on the truck and it had stayed on and drained the battery dead as a doornail. My GooLoo hadn't been charged since summertime, but it showed that it was still fully charged. I hooked it up to the truck's battery and pressed the boost button. I turned the key on the truck, and the 8.0 V10 fired right up. The GooLoo 4000 does everything I needed it to do and I am 100% satisfied.

These things are such a lifesaver. Just the peace of mind having it in my vehicle while it's parked at the airport for a week is worth the price. I have a couple of these & this one is about 30° larger but with more than twice the starting current & 4x the peak current. The leads are nice & long so I don't have to leave it dangling off a motorcycle while boosting. The clamps are large & easy to get a grip but the metal that actually goes on the terminals is tucked way inside the plastic so they are very hard to put directly on a battery with side terminals.This booster hasn't failed to start anything I have put it on. I did notice that it got pretty hot after a while. It also takes a long time to charge.The storage bag for this booster is very simple & large & that is a main reason that this booster has become my go-to when I know I am going to need to use it. The bag does not have any protection, though, like some of these sets. It also doesn't come with any accessories like a 12v car cigarette lighter adapter though it does have a port for one.These are great little power sources for charging or running small electronics. I was able to power my portable satellite radio & a usb speaker on a picnick table on a camping trip. This has my favorite USB-C for charging & output. It also has 2 USB outputs, 1 is regular 5v & the other can go up to 12v but I don't have anything that requires that. I have noticed that some smaller devices won't charge off the USB or USB-C ports presumably because they don't pull enough amps to be detected by the device. I really haven't used the light much because it is it isn't particularly bright, faces 1 direction & isn't particularly easy to switch on. A lantern style light with a dedicated switch would be better.

So far though, the build quality seems decent and It comes with a nice case that should help keep it protected in the trunk.

As an automotive technician I have used plenty of jumper packs, this one is by far the best of them all to jump dead batteries. The conventional jumper packs I have takes two to jump dead diesel batteries, you only need one GOOLOO 4000 to jump a dead diesel batteries. A little over a year my GOOLOO jumper pack internal battery swallowed up and failed. I contacted customer service and talk to Fiona gave a few details of what went wrong and with no hesitation they sent me a replacement one. Outstanding customer service! This portable battery is a vital part of the things you need to keep in your car.This battery can start your car if you break down anywhere. It carries a full charge strong enough to start any car. It��s easy to use and comes with attachments that can clip right to the battery just like jumper cables. It does take a full day to fully charge.But this is something you don��t want to be without. This is going to be as important as a spare tire in your trunk.The clever design also includes connections for USB. So if you wanted to you could charge your phone at an event where you can��t find an Electrical outlet. Highly recommended.

I thought I was stuck since I bought it back in May of last year but they have an 18month warrantee, which of course I didn't read. Kudos to companies that still take care of their customers. I am a happy man! Will advise long term on this bad boy.

I purchased this model for my brother and decided to get one for myself. I was hospitalized and that caused my car batteries to all die. It worked great in my Dodge Magnum with a 5.7 Liter V8 engine with a nearly drained battery. The battery was so low that the car didn't give it an adequate charge even after 20+ miles. I ended up pulling the battery out and charge it externally. On my Lincoln, the charger started it no problem but a Lincoln will be a Lincoln and the car was in the repair shop for over a month. This killed the battery again and permanently damaged one cell. The safety of this jump starter combined with the slightly charged but damaged battery made it nearly impossible to start. The safety kept disconnecting despite me pushing the button. The only was was to completely disconnect the existing battery for the jump starter to not shut off when the bypass button was pressed.
As I said, it's a good feature as someone's that I know didn't have these safety features and caught on fire when he didn't disconnect it while driving after the car started.

I bought this based on a comparison review I saw on YouTube by Project Farm. There were units that cost more but the performance in his rigorous testing was fairly equal. I've used it a few times now since I bought it last November because my work truck has a parasitic draw that pulls the battery down if it sits a few days. This booster is twice as big and heavy as the old one I had before and turns the engine twice as fast and still has over 90% remaining power after a boost that would completely deplete my old one.
It also comes with a really nice tough shell carry case and accessories that will let you plug a cigarette lighter plug into it. It will easily power my 20 watt GMRS radio and can be used to charge your phone in an emergency. It's awesome, I recommend it.
